Here We Grow Early Learning Center, located in Draper, is looking for a fun, patient, and energetic teacher to join our Tiny Tots classroom (ages 1–2)!
We are open Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM and built around our core values:

Our Tiny Tots are full of curiosity, energy, and big personalities. Every day they are learning new words, taking their first steps toward independence, and discovering the world around them. As their teacher, you’ll guide those discoveries through songs, stories, play, learning, and lots of giggles.
This classroom is full of hugs, laughter, and exciting little milestones, and we’re looking for someone who loves being part of those special moments.
What You’ll Do:
- Read books, sing songs, and help build early language skills.
- Support daily routines like diapering, potty training, meals, and nap time.
- Plan fun activities that introduce colors, shapes, numbers, and early learning.
- Encourage kindness, sharing, and communication.
- Partner with parents to support each child’s development.
- Keep the classroom clean, organized, and engaging.
- Be part of a positive, supportive team.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of childcare experience.
- Someone patient, loving, and reliable.
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Willingness to obtain CPR, First Aid, and Food Handler’s Permit.
- Ability to pass a Utah background check.

Here We Grow Early Learning Center began over 23 years ago when our founder, JoAnne Albrecht, couldn’t find the quality care she wanted for her own children - so she created it herself.
Today, we’re a trusted, growing community serving children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. In January 2026, we expanded with a second location, Coral Cove Childcare and Preschool, in partnership with the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium - providing their staff child care as an employee benefit while also welcoming families from the community.
