We are open Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM and are guided by our core values:

What You'll Do:
- Create a fun, engaging classroom where children feel excited to learn.
- Lead circle time with songs, stories, movement, and laughter.
- Plan hands-on activities that build early literacy, math, and problem-solving skills.
- Encourage curiosity, creativity, and independence.
- Support social-emotional growth, confidence, and friendships
- Help prepare children for a successful transition to kindergarten
- Collaborate with a supportive team and communicate with families
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has lots of energy and loves making learning exciting.
- Enjoys working with curious preschoolers.
- Is positive, reliable, and patient.
- Communicates well with families and team members.
- Is willing to obtain CPR, First Aid, and Food Handler’s Permit.
- Can pass a Utah background check.

Here We Grow Early Learning Center began over 23 years ago when our founder, JoAnne Albrecht, couldn’t find the quality care she wanted for her own children - so she created it herself.
Today, we’re a trusted, growing community serving children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. In January 2026, we expanded with a second location, Coral Cove Childcare and Preschool, in partnership with the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium - providing their staff child care as an employee benefit while also welcoming families from the community.
Our team is dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can thrive and where staff feel supported and valued. We believe in strong relationships, teamwork, and continuous growth.
